i was told by preacherman that "The Supreme Court is the only - repeat, the ONLY - body authorized by the Constitution itself to decide whether a law is Constitutional or not. You and I may not like the laws, but it's not for us to say whether or not they pass the Constitutionality test." well this says otherwise .

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

A list of links does not an argument make.

If you're trying to say something, then say it, and use the links as evidence of your arguments.

That the .gov is overstepping it's authority is neither news nor even a controversial position for most on this board.

As for what to do about it, read the archives, that horse is well bruised.

And until that happens the Supreme Court is the last word. What's so hard to understand?
