The Lost Art of the Revolver Speed Loader

The most important thing to learn during reloads is to yell "THROW THE GRENADES THROW THE F'n GRENADES". That way the guy shooting at you does not time your reload.

To be honest I find the cylinder gets way to hot to hold still long and it speed up my reload time.

Deaf Smith, post # 52 : I have to totally agree with your statement on range folks hitting the broadside of a barn. At our range, most folks are more interested in outperforming one another in their "fast draw" with the 9's, then shooting 2 or 3 rds. , then starting over. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, but when you start throwing lead downrange, aren't you supposed to be hitting the target you set up? Then, while they let the holster cool down, they attempt to score "all dead center" shots, most of them @ 15 yards can't hit the target standard… like you said earlier, "Makes me understand why the non hit rate on the streets so low." I'm not a pro shooter by any stretch, but the holster whippers asks me once in awhile, "How do you get some many in that black circle?" Guess we know now huh?
