Easy there. How do we know the kid's father didn't take a day off work to spend at the range with his son, thus putting the proverbial finger in the eye of the whacko administration? That's what I would have done.

Aha! Suspended because they brought TOY(gun)S to school. Which was against the rules...It made the children laugh and play to see a TOY(gun) at school...

Imagine that. Toys in Schools. The world as we know it is coming to an end.
I hope everyone involved learned their lessons for today.

But HOME SCHOOLING means that parents HAVE GOT TO GET INVOLVED with their kids education... and that's so... Parental! Good lord man, I just want to know they're somewhere else, learning (something... maybe), just like I did (maybe) way back when. Besides that, if I stay home to teach the little boogers, who's going to be earning the bread for the table?
