The New SiG P220C - Wow

I only realized that this gun existed as of a few days ago. A P220 with a reduced slide/barrel length designed for CCW - nice !

I always found the P220 too big for any practical use, and the P245 is the only SiG I tried that was both unreliable and difficult to shoot well - this new gun fixes both issues.

Does it only come with the DAK trigger? I can't stand DA only.

It comes in numerous configurations ... TDA/SA (10lb/4.5lb trigger pull), DAK (7lb trigger pull), SAO (5lb trigger pull), etc.

A 220C SAO would be nifty for carry, if it didnt have a rail. Not to start that old debate, but I wonder why they would offer so many variants, but not one like I mentioned. Oh well

Non rail version is called the 220 SAS (Sig Anti Snag).

Have any of you guys actually tried a DAK trigger? They aren't bad at all. I'm a dedicated single action person, and I find the DAK to be the best double action trigger I've ever used.

Rob, unfortunately it's just a photoshop job. I overlaid a 220 onto a 245 frame. It did get me wondering if you could drop in a 220 slide onto a 245 frame, though.
