The titanium AR thing was deliberately done to show case the quality of their machining abilities, nothing more. (They state this on their website).

Anyone else notice the $50,000 titanium .308 battle rifle on the OP's second link? I wonder if they've ever sold one. Maybe to a dictator somewhere with one of those gold-plated Desert Eagles.
