How long is the turnaround?
I'm looking at a new Sigma because my budget's well...pathetic
I mean, If I have to wait a really long time to get it back, it's not worth it anymore.

I think the form says 4 to 6 weeks. If that's too long to wait for the check, get the mags. New S&W mags aren't cheap, and if we can get a 10 round capacity limit legislated from our minders on capitol hill again they'll be be worth even more. Even without the rebate the Sigma is still one of the best buys for an inexpensive handgun.
