I expect they are basking in the glorious, glowing-warm-loving-glow that accompanies the posession of such delights. :D

It's hard to tell what they are doing from that fuzzy and dark picture. But since there are a lot of Garands stacked there, they look complete but a little shiny, the men are wearing smocks and there apears to be bottles or cans of something on the work bench. Are they be putting them in grease or cosmoline for shipping or storage?

It looks like there are boxes up on the work benches. I'd guess they are soaking those babies in cosmoline and packing them away.

My guess

Somewhere in Europe after WWII we established a local rehab/rebuild/mothball operation with local help and these dudes are part of that operation. Actually this is only one of several such operations we set up to take care of this particular aspect of the war's ending

These units are on there way to storage or one of our new allies....the Greeks, Danes etc.

So much for my SWAG-BS explanation....

What are they really doing.

S-

Looks like wartime production during WWII at Springfield Armory. Marines and Army grunts are waiting for them so they can replace the Springfield '03.

Those are Clinton's cronies.....

getting ready to take them outside and run over them with a bulldozer.........:cuss: chris3
