They look really nice, but so so much talk, sounds almost like an election comming up. Ok now bottom line whats the retail cost??????
 
I put one on ebay without a "buy it now" or reserve price to get an idea what the market would price it at.
 
Well I gotta say,that is pretty slick.I'm going to have to wait until after Christmas to order mine [lay offs an' such have made things pretty tight around here] but I'm saveing that to ''favorites''....
 
A fella out of Georgia got the one that sold on ebay. Here's what he had to say.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You sir are a true craftsman!!!!!!!!!!! This thing is amazing; you've thought out every detail, I got a hell of a deal. I think these are worth much more then I paid, I think you could probably get around 100.00 to 125.00 for these, so many different functions. This is a great product. I can't wait to show it off...

He's taking it to a shoot in Georgia this weekend then on to Texas next weekend.
 
I didn't think it was going to be a popular option, but if there is a need for it, I'll answer the call. Here's what I'll do, I'll make provision for the accessory to be added to each loader regardless if a wad cutter is ordered or not. The wad cutter accessory will be an additional $25. It will consist of 1 wad cutter of your choice of caliber with the rubber cutting insert.

Does anybody know what happened to 6gun4fun?

My friend bought one of those loaders and is very happy with it.
Now he´s looking for another one - or some parts, not sure...
But unfortunately he doesn´t get any response since the middle of last year. Pretty much the same time that 6gun4fun was online here for the last time.

If anybody should know what happened to him: Please be so kind to tell me!
Hope the guy is alright...:confused:
 
Seems like ol Six Gun turned out to be a farce. He owes me a loader, since he has my money and there are more than me. Ive called his home once and he promised to get me square with him. He hasnt done it. Dont waste your ,money. When I call his home now I get an answering machine. Hope that helps
 
Wear out your cap and ball revolver by using the loading lever that came with it?
I've been shooting cap and ball revolvers since about 1970. Unless you have a piece of junk, you won't.
I've used balls up to .395 inch in my Colt 1851, without undue stress on the rammer. I usually use .454 or .457 inch balls in my .44s. Not a problem.
Wear out your loading lever? :rolleyes:

My friend so far hesitated with calling him - no cheap amusement when you combine not perfekt English skills with the costs for a call over the big pond.

get the one from dick dastardly. I have one. It works great and when you buy it he actually sends it.
 
I had purchased a desk top type of loader similar to the one Cabelas sells, but it is flimsy. I had emailed 6gun in March, but never got a reply. I would be interested in getting a loader that is solid for my .44.

Who is Dick Dastardly, what's his product like & how does one get in touch with him?
