i hate these stupid pressure pads for lasers,i probably wouldnt obsess on using one of these if it would come with a place to mount it.i never could get one to stay but i think ive come up with a easy clean (in my opinion)way to mount.u may already be doing it,i dont know but i like the way this is,oh and this is my first ar15 build .i did it wit all brand new things for under 700.00.it is a dpms upper with 16 barral, aluminium utg quad rail, utg laser, forgrip utg,utg buttstock,it has a aero precion lower ,says multi cal(aero makes the 5 7 upper).dpms lower parts kits, and i polished to a mirror finish the trigger surfaces with made trigger butter smooth with a crisp precion break too it.cant begin to guess the trigger weight,i just know i love it and at the range 5 other shooters shot it,and made comment about with out even knowing i did it,one guy ask if that was the 300.00 drop in.any ways i love it,and dont lagh at the leapers red dot,it actually is not bad.had a 6 in group at 100 yards,im talking 30 rd 6in groups with a 30 dollar red dot.it surprised me

Some come with a strong adhesive back, which holds well the first place you mount it. After that, electrical tape wrapped over it does pretty well, and flexes right when you squeeze it. Rubber cement might also replace the issue adhesive if you take have to mount it more than once.
