Have any of ya'll out there bought/used the new Burris 30mm tubed Black Diamond 2.5-10x44mm objective variable ? Looking to scope a new .280 & thought the Burris deserved a look. Haven't used a Burris in several years & don't have a point of reference. The scope looks like a good choicefor a hunting rifle. A second consideration would be A Leupold VariX-III in 2-8x36. Don't think the money is too far apart on either. As always your carefully considered thoughts & opinions are most welcome and usually appreciated.
