Sorry to keep coming back to this subject on budget rifles, but I have a question regarding the tc venture. As you may or may not know tc has released the tc venture predator this year which is manufactored with smaller calibers designed for predator hunting. The .308 is included for the predator, but does the regular tc venture include the .308 and the other new calibers?

Check their website http://www.tcarms.com/firearms/venture_predator.php it has .204, .223, 22-250 and 308. Their .308 has 1:10 rate of twist, ICON PH has 1:12 which can handle liter bullets, the 22-250 has 1:12 which is capable to stabilize bullets up to 60 gr, Remington for instance use 1:14. SO if you choose .308 your bullet selection should stay within 168 - 200 grains... Good-luck ;-)
I guess I didn't answer your question: they do offer regular Venture in .308, it looks like they also offering .243 which is not listed on the website, I think best thing you can do is to contact their customer service directly, I worked with them once and they are awesome!
