Well, I would venture the guess that, likely, not a heck of a lot of people out here have Thompson submachineguns.
Despite my moniker I don't except for a wallhanger nonfunctional dummy .... and an airsoft.
As to centerfire systems, they are probably war surplus magazines and the ones there will be as good as any others found elsewhere. Maybe centerfire has better prices? Dunno.

the price just seemed a little togood, so i was asking. i dont want them for a tommy gun, but for a ak45.

What are they selling, stick mags? I use GI stick mags, I bought a dozen and rebuilt them, was able to get eight good ones out of a dozen sets of parts. AU makes a good drum mag, I have a 50 that works, I've read the 100's are problematic.

I have not used the Centerfire Systems magazines but here are links if you want to look:
Centerfire Systems Thompson magazines "Original Part"

20 rd (aka Type XX stick)
http://centerfiresystems.com/MAGTHO20.aspx
30 rd (aka Type XXX stick)
http://centerfiresystems.com/MAGTHO30.aspx

The Thompson was introduced with the XX 20 rd stick and L 50 rd drum, with the C 100 rd drum. (AutoOrdnance called the box magazines sticks.) The XXX 30 rd stick replaced the L drum in WWII about 1942.

Generally, the modern semi-auto carbines have a modified magazine catch that requires an enlongated hole in the magazine. However, some semi-auto carbines have the standard Thompson magazine catch and don't need the hole altered. Also these magazines are sold for lawful owners of collectible Thompson submachine guns.

sorry, i should have put links to them in my original post. like i said i was thinking of using them in an ak45 build. the grease gun mags are supposed to be better, but they are much more expensive.
