Free speech isn't unlimited. Classic case is yelling fire in a theatre. Gun rights aren't unlimited either.
Possessing firearms is not harmful to others.
still don't make it right!! kind of like free when you buy this , , well then it isn't free is it ! were slowing lossing are 1st 2nd and 4th amendments get out there join e sportsmens club the NRA or something,, bad guy have alway been out there and will always be out there why should the rest of have to give up rights because of them ?No, but certain items can be restricted. See US v. Miller.
I so agree , and if anyone thinks it is out of are hands , or we can't stop them , well look at Wisconsin's new CCW law , most of it is not new laws but repeals of old bad laws and after that past came more repeals on other not needed gun laws, like haveing to case a unloaded gun in your car/truck , that BS law ment you could not take your gun out of its case and lean it on your truck with out getting a ticket , because it read IN OR ON your vehicle ! hip hip heray !!! that one got repealed it took 34 years but it can be noneComplaining "it just isn't right" is recognizing that you're dissatisfied, but you need to understand whether it is legal or not and then come up with a course of action to make a change in how the law is being abused or change the law if it is abusive.
Joining organizations like the NRA or 2nd Amendment Foundation and your state and local 2A advocacy groups is the first easy step in actively opposing things that aren't right with RKBA. Next is to write your elected officials and actively work in those organizations instead of just paying your dues and giving lip service. Realize we also have cultural struggle as well as a political one. Be a good ambassador for shooting and gunowners. Bring people into the community by being a shining example of what a shooter and RKBA advocate should be. Be the living proof that the Antis lie about us. Be of real service.
