Thoughts on leaving loaded guns in the house and car when not occupied

Yep, got them too. I wonder if cast iron will crack from heat before the system develops enough pressure to explode? This is a low pressure hot water system I have, not steam.

For some of you, it might also be good to remove all the gasoline from your vehicle's tank before leaving it to go into a store or work. It might be your fault if you were negligent enough to leave your car in an operable fashion and someone steals it and kills someone by running a red light. An option might be to remove the spark plugs when not in use.
