Looking for opinions on Magnus bullets. Specifically their 125gr .357 JHP. I will be loading them in magnum cases with H110. Hornady XTP’s are getting to expensive.

I have shot plenty of their cast bullets, and they are good bullets, but I have not shot any of their jacketed bullets.
Probably good bullets.

I would also take a look at Zero jacketed bullets. Good stuff.

I have no input on the bullet you're asking about. But I will say MBC makes coated bullets that hold up to H110 and Lil gun in my 357s.
Don't shoot soft steel plates with them at full velocity.
These my go to for plinking.

I go to for 357 plinkers is 2400 under a 158grain laser cast swc, they're loud and very accurate I have no leading at 1250 fps.
You could use some coated bullets too.
I stay away from the lower weight bullets at high velocity.

MBC HiTek coated are good to 1800 FPS. I shoot 158gn so I don't get em going that fast, but do your worst with lil gun & 125gn and the hitek would hold up I think.

When I was dealing with them about 2 years ago, this was the story....

Mangus made plenty of cast lead bullets. They were also re-selling Zero brand jacketed bullets. They were selling both under their own name.
If you'll look I believe you'll see that both are located in Alabama.

Of course, Zero is one of the finest jacketed bullets out there.

IMO MBC HiTek coated and non-coated bullets are good to load. I also like Zero bullets and RMR bullets too. There are others but those at the 3 I'm currently using.
