Good to see young people fighting for their beliefs. This is an excellent lawsuit and I would love to see more 18-21 laws challenged.

If you can die for me, you do the rest of it. When that draft moves to 21 I might reconsider.

Same as having a beer......if you're old enough to be drafted and die for your country you should be able to have a beer too.

Go serve your country for 3 years like I did (graduated Brainerd HS ‘82, served US Army 83-86). Then it’s not an issue, is it?

Yes they just dragged it out until the plaintiff turned 21 and the case was moot, he was no longer impacted.
