I took my first handload deer today at 9:45 am. Shot it with a 150 grain sst over 50.0 grains of varget in my 30-06 featherwieght. Let me tell you, at 20 yrds I got the typical small entry but the bullet split and butterflied the heart and left a 50 cent piece size hole out the off side. The medium 4 pointer ran about 20-25 more yds leave a river behind. Excellent bullets.
