Tikka M695 Whitetail in 7mm Rem Mag

Does anyone have experience with the Tikka M695 Whitetail? I will probably be picking one up in 7mm Rem Mag.

How does this rifle stack up against the T3x, Winchester M70, Remington 700, Weatherby Vanguard, and other more popular bolt-action rifles? Thanks!

I've only ever handled one and I really liked it. fit and finish we're as good as anything I've ever used and I find the rifle attractive.
The T3X's while good guns don't interest me in the slightest but the 695s and other older tikkas do.

I can't honestly say how well though 695 shoots because I didn't get to shoot the one I handled.

I have handful of 595’s and 695’s. They’re very good rifles with actions that are smooth as silk. I have the Whitetail version in 308. Every rifle shoots sub-MOA with my handloads. I think they’re better rifles than the T3’s, but I think the T3x narrowed the gap considerably.

I can only compare them to Remington 700’s. I had 2 and sold both. I still have all my Tikkas. If the rifle is in good condition I think you’ll be very happy.
