I signed up to THR because of this post and anothers similar. I thought I was loosing my mind until I read the posts of folks having the same issues as I and getting the same results from Beretta. Fact is, I too have a T3 Varmint in 223 that was purchase new back in 2005. During break-in with factory ammo, it would eject about 30% of the time at best. I sent it back to Beretta and, like others have mentioned, got the very impersonable response: "Could not duplicate customer's...bla, bla, bla." (Hey - at least custormer service has been consistant over the years!) Anyway, I went back to range with variety of factory ammo and had same results. Use any factory ammo you please, eject with all your might or say a little prayer after each shot but the above results will repeat. I gave up trying...until now. I would like to turn this single shot into the repeater it was originally designed to be. Any suggestions outside of driving it into the ground and using it as a tomato plant stake would be greatly appreciated.
