time for a new sling for the AR

I have a full stock on a 20" AR. I've been using a three point sling that works fine and allows both traditional over the shoulder carry and in-front carry, but it sure does have a lot of material! Using it in a match I found it a little busy.

What is a good one point sling, easy to install?

That looks like what I had in mind. Does it come with the sling adaptor? I've never installed one of those but I assume it's pretty easy.
