Time for another first purchase after the AWB expires thread

Nothing....it's looking like I won't be out of NJ by that time, and everything I'd love to get that is covered by the AWB is also covered by our State AWB......

I actually have the same issue. In fact, I can't even keep the +2 extensions on my pre-ban 17 round mags

one of these . as close as I can get to an original early-Viet Nam M16. plus, I'll get the proper bayo-lugged gas tube and angled flash suppressor for my WASR-10, even if it *is* a converted single stack gun. also, more mags for my Beretta, and for the above mentioned rifles. if there's no new ban coming soon come next year, I'll do a build-up of a proper AK-74 on an OOW reciever. an underfolder, of course.

I thought Colt had already started leaving off bayonet lugs even before the AWB.

Do you think they will start selling once that ban dies?

Heck, I've even been considering building a 10/22 with pistol grip, folding stock and flash hider. Could send a photo of it to Fineswine and others just for fun.

I could use a Calico pistol, to go along with the carbine I've already got. Maybe a few more magazines. They're just a little expensive right now...

I got all that I want already. I bought a Colt M4 preban a month ago. Yeah, I should have waited till after the AWB expires, but this was a brand new, never fired rifle.

Have to get it while it's there. I'm not sorry and am glad that I did it. If I could pick and choose the rifles as well as the prices, that would be different but I don't see that happening any time soon.

I do plan on shooting it. Put a Hakko red dot and an ARMS #40A on it. If all goes according to plans, I'll be going to the range on Monday.

I have a post ban Bushmaster XM15E2S. It has the telescoping stock that is pinned. After the sunset, can I legally unpin the stock? Or just purchase a "real" telescoping stock?

Yes, either one you can do. It might be easier to buy the telescoping stock and install it.

Buy normal-capacity magazines for my Walther P99. Buy this. Buy some new HK mags for that. Buy a Beta C-Mag for that. Maybe.

Also, pick up some of those machine guns that will be flooding our streets .
