I'm on the edge of a suburb in B'ham, been watching these guys for 4 years or more. Catch one with the dogs once a month or so. They've been getting allotta headlines recently and city beganmputting traps out. Supposedly, they've trapped 40 or so. But these are the smart ones, quite a challenge, trap smart, dog smart, and definitely spot light phobic. Hope i can catch a few of the shoats, i need some puppy trainers.

Ha, i knew u were a Texan

Just by reading your post! I have a coupla Jagd terriers, a coupla black mouth curs, a plott, some jagd /bulldog cross, a pit and a few american bulldogs.

I imagine

Before too long they'll have swine birth control figured out. I love em, gives me something to do, keeps me off the street. I have a barr and a sow i caught when they were lil guys, now they are 200 lbs, but i swear, they tickle me as much as the dogs do. Big ol puds, get excited and happy to see u. Just want some scratchin , i really think i could bring em up to the house as pets.

So all I had to say was "Kill them all" in reference to the hogs, and you knew I was a Texan?

:)

Well, I guess if the shoe fits, wear it!

I grew up in East Texas and growing up/hanging out with folks that raised hunting dogs you learned a few things here and there. The Plotts are also really good for treeing raccoons. It is music to my ears hearing hunting dogs work.

Just my .02,
LeonCarr
