Dude! I'm guessing by the fact that you're a bubblehead and you mention a five-day waiting period that you might be stationed at Bangor? If so ... get the WA State CPL; even if you don't desire to pack, the 60 bucks you spend is well worth it in terms of getting to carry your new purchases out the door, on the date of purchase ...

Holy Sherlock Holmes, Batman! You are correct Dog. I am currently a student at TTF on Bangor. 4 more months of school and its back to sea for me. Of course, I'm hoping to get orders to Kings Bay GA, which is why I don't get the WA permit. A WA permit does'nt gain much over my FL one either. Good job though!!!
