All:

Mike Webb of Bartlett is the NRA Field Rep. for Tennessee, and he would like to pass on to you two pieces of information regarding the Friends of NRA program and the NRA Foundation.

First, there are now 21 Friends of NRA banquets scheduled for Tennessee for the remainder of the year. Please pass this email and link on to your email list of friends and relatives so that they can find out more about a banquet near them.

Second, the attached flyer explains the details of the Friends of NRA State Convention. This convention is open to everyone: NRA members, non-members, Friends of NRA Grant recipients, Friends of NRA Committee members, Sponsors, and anyone interested in finding out more. In my opinion, this will be an exceptional networking opportunity, in addition to being a great back-to-school shopping opportunity at Opry Mills for my wife.

I especially look forward to hearing from Mr. Ray Harvey of the Tennessee Shooting Sports Association.

Thanks in advance.

As per the attached, Mr. Daniel Stone is the 2007 recipient of Tennessee's YES Grant to the Youth Education Summit. By the date of the convention, he will have just returned from the week in Washington/Fairfax and participation in the program. He will be at the state convention to tell us what this program meant to him.

Does anyone have the equipment and expertise to help us video an interview of young Mr. Stone? This video would be very helpful in promoting the 2008 program.

Thanks in advance.

All:

Please note that the registration deadline for this one is this coming Monday. If you're still thinking this over, go ahead and make the decision and get your check in the mail to Bill Huff.

Especially you folks in middle Tennessee.

See you there.
