this is very important to let them know the importance of the range to the public, our community and homeland security. the more people contacted the stronger our point will be. the nassau range is one of the last facilities that enables us to enjoy our sport and support our national security through its avalability for training of all lines of security, police and law enforcement agencies.

I RECENTLY HAD A CONVERSATION WITH IRVING PEACE OF THE NASSAU COUNTY INDOOR RANGE AT MITCHELL FIELD RANGE.DO TO THE SCARY TIMES OF BELT TIGHTENING BY THE COUNTY,THERE HAVE BEEN INNUENDOES THAT THE RANGE WOULD BE CLOSED.
HE REQUESTED THAT ANY BODY INTERESTED IN KEEPING THE MITCHELL FIELD RANGE OPEN. MIGHT WANT TO SEND A LETTER TO THE POWERS THAT BE.
IF THE RANGE CLOSES WE ARE SCREWED. THERE ARE FEWER AND FEWER PLACES TO SHOOT AND PRACTICE (JOB,PERSONAL)THAT ARE THIS ECONOMICAL.
THE GUN HATERS OF THE WORLD WOULD BE THRILLED WITH THIS IDEA,PLEASE DON'T LET THEM WIN.
