I know this is an old and never-ending topic but..............
I have recently received a Daisy Model 21 which has had some definite wear and tear. Having restored many firearms over the years and recently doing many old Daisys, I am sensitive to the idea that old, low production firearms should never be altered in any way as to reduce their value. This has always been a challenge when deciding whether to restore an old relic or keep it as is. I would love to hear from the forum what thoughts you have on this. Since this Daisy 21 will not be a "daily shooter", and most likely be a wall hanger, what do you suggest?
