That's wild, the primer is still very rounded on the edge. That's a serious "outie".

My guess is poor firing pin fit to the bolt, weak FP spring. Bolt lift hampered by the FP sticking forward a little? Just guessing.
 
Weak firing is a definite possibility, we also think my lot of H4895 maybe Nuclear....:eek:
Just getting on paper today it’s obvious not breaking out.
The clickers I believe is the die not sizing enough at the.200 IMO
