I was feeling pretty good about 5 boxes of American Eagle .45 I picked up today for $35/box. Middle of the day in a jam packed store. By the time I had the 5th box in hand, shelf was empty.

Wow. You need to take up reloading. I can load a box for less than $6. We are casting for 40 S&W and loading complete rounds for five cents each.

Reloading is just out of the question for now. 2 kids in sports, work, etc. I'm doing good just to get to the range. Saving all my brass thinking at some point, just don't have the time.
