Took my range qualification for my TX CHL tonight

This was my 3rd time shooting a pistol. It was a 9mm Glock at 3, 7, and 15 yards.

For comparisons sake this is from my first time shooting a pistol(this was 7 and 15 yards):

Now I just need to complete all the paperwork and get the permit

Congradulations on the CHL and good shooting.

Did they say how long it's taking the DPS to send the license now.
My 4th renewal, a while back, took four and a half months.

Practice makes perfect. 9mm is cheap enough so that you can continue to improve. Congrats.

I was told the feedback from students was they were receiving the permit in about a month
