Top selling gun of 2013

Anybody have any info or links to the top selling guns of 2013?

I would guess that thanks to our leadership in Washington it's AR-15 rifles. Followed closely by ever popular shotguns.

AR-15 almost without a doubt.

If you're asking for a specific model, though, you'll never get an accurate answer. No such database exists (that we know of).

I'm sure a lot of AR's were sold, but I would bet that something like the Ruger 10-22 or Remingtom 780 sold more than any brand of AR.

In a normal year, I'd agree with you.

In 2013, though, I'm still going with AR. Remember that lower receivers count, too.

If not an AR of one brand or another, it has to be some sort of Glock. I don't own a Glock, but it seems like everybody and his dog has several of them.

I would have said 10/22, but with the way .22LR is MIA, that might have killed some sales of that and other .22 guns.
