$10k entry fees alone? Can't imagine what the total cost would be...
The M4 had its optic set way high and made it impossible to get a proper cheek weld on stock. But targets were close and red dot was clear so we were able to make it work.
I'm pretty sure the show uses the guns as they are supplied by the sponsor...it was likely the combination that the manufacturer wants to sell as a packageI was a little surprised they had you guys using that red dot. What was the reasoning behind that? Was it a MEPRO 21? I rather think at that range, I'd have wanted to just stick with the irons.

I wasn't disappointed to see Joe go home...I didn't even realize that I still held a grudge against him from his voting for Elimination during his season.Joe seemed to have an off day this week but that costs anyone when it happens.
Hope he enjoyed being called back for the all star season, seemed like a natural with any weapon.
I've noticed throughout the season that while Gunny is superb in unhurried accuracy, that he doesn't do as well when there are time pressures.I think Gunny's short neck cost him with the scoped slug gun, he sure seemed to be having a hard time locating the sight picture. Could it have been his glasses?
When Colby said the Walther could safely carry a round in the chamber, making it popular with law enforcement, especially in Europe, my wife shook her head like what the heck is he talking about. And she knows marginally more about guns than she does underwater welding.
