I'd love that buckhunter if the laminate wood wasnt so hideous
Agreed. If I didn't already have stuff going on: I'd buy one, strip off the bluing, and parkerize it for maximum effect:neener:

Laminated wood would be ideal for a reproduction Ferguson. It certainly would be stronger than walnut and won't crack around the lock so readily as the originals did. Alternatively, polymer would be even better for the Ferguson. I'm done sinning and will shut up.

Might be your incoming internet signal. Site worked fine for me. I might try this coming Monday to pick up a couple of those stainless steel breechplugs just to have IF they have them for .45 inlines. I bet they do.. (I mean order them and then wait until next month to get to the post office and pick them up if I can get in)....PS Thanks for posting the site. I know you didn't have to....

I have their Hawken with a laminated stock and fiber optic sights .50 cal and love it. When I do my part its very accurate.

Well, I had a little money left out of my monthly checks. I ordered one stainless steel breechplug, 4 bore brushes for my .45 inlines, and spent the rest of it with Cabela's on a bunch of Cabela's Xtended Range .45 Sabots, 180 grain. 'bout the only sabots I ever shoot any more. I'vd got a lot of Hornady .45 caliber HP XPT (or XTP, which ever it is) and I'vd never shot a single one of them. I'vd got a couple of other different kinds (I think one of them is Power Belt Platinum or something like that) that I've used a few shots out of a few years ago but I like those Xtended sabots. Anyway, this was a good site and next month I might try to order a couple of more things from them. I think maybe an extra pair of sights to just put up and have. I like Traditions. More than that, I trust them....
