I would suggest "Mastering the AR-15", that DVD looks like it would work for you.

I would recommend 'Fighting Rifle' by Tactical Response

I have also seen 'Mastering the AR-15' - good video. I would consider 'Fighting Rifle' a little more advanced, maybe a better fit for your list. See them both !
