And i was very very pleased with it's performance. I have a norinco mak-90 and have shot the wolf 122gr fmj and hp but today at the range shot the 154gr. The 122gr have done great for me even out to 200meters. yes meters, the range on post is in meters instead of yards. No real impresive accuracy at that range but thats beside the point. Today i took a few rds of the fmj and sp's. I wanted to do some informal evaluation of the two. I was worried that the sp might have some problems feeding but I didn't have one ftf. It feed like a champ.
i started out at 100meters and though i didn't record the group sizes the 154gr sp shot better groups by about 1/2". i was very pleased. though the groups with the122gr was larger all the rds landed in the black circle of the target. i was using 25yd pistol targets, which i have found make good 100meter rifle targets as well. I shot from the prone at 100 and 50 meter marks in slow and rapid fire sessions. I then wanted to have some fun so I did some reflexive fire at 25 and again was quite pleased. All in all it was a great day at the range.

That's great to hear. Are you planning on testing them for anything besides accuracy? My brother and I have been thinking about testing them for expansion and penetration and evaluating them against the FMJs for general social and SHTF use. I hear good stuff about them which is why I am anxious to try them in my Rommie and my Yugo SKS. The Yugo is a genuine 2 MOA gun even with the FMJ so if the 154 gr SPs are as accurate as people say they are, I may be in for a real treat.

Thanks again for the info.
