I'm pretty sure someone in this forum can answer this ....Can the trigger on a Rem.Mod 7 be adjusted to a lighter pull? Thanks in advance for input!

Remington has used at least three different trigger designs in the 700 series over the years.

If your Model 7 has an older Walker designed three-screw trigger follow these direction.
To the letter.

The sear engagement. over-travel, and safety engagement directly relate to each other.
And you can easily make a safe trigger & safety unsafe, by fooling around with any of them you don't totally understand.

Perhaps if you want a really light, SAFE trigger?
A Bold, Jard, Timney, or other after-market trigger assembly is your best bet.

Thanks rc,THR has had me glued to my computer since I became a member on May 2 '13 .I've had lots of questions answered that I didn't even have to ask,as someone else had already asked them.Looking forward to learning more !
