Sadly, I have found that stupid respects no boundary, economic or geographic.

Regards,
Tom

I figure that there will be less stupid acts from gun club members as to firearm safety.

I made it back out to the range and managed to beat the wind and rain.
I took my m11 back out after changing rings. I think my problem has been solved. Fired 40 shots at 100 yards after a general alignment of 10 rounds at 25 yds. First group of 10 were 3 inches high, next 10 after a 4 inch correction were low, and a 1.5 inch correction put them at basically 9 o'clock. I pulled 1 shot that landed at 3 o'clock. Finished up with 10 more on a steel plate at dame distance. IMG_20190224_175938.jpg

Oops target loaded upside down.

Forgot to mention ammunition was cheap field and stream 55 fmjbt loaded by perfecta.

That's a good bet. Most clubs have an education or skills verification requirement. That should weed out a lot of the ignorance that you find on public land ranges.

I hope you find all the members of your club are folks you don't mind handling weapons near you.
