triple barreled shotgun?

I will take some pictures this evening.There are other multi barrel configurations but few had the correct balance or were made as a curio rather than a practical weapon.The most popular was the Dixon made to very high standards from the finest materials.I believe the largest collection is in the USA with a private collector...let's hope for some input in this forum from him.

I really don't see the point of a triple barrel shotgun. Why add all of the weight of more barrels when you can get a high cap pump action or semi-auto, and use the extra weight headroom to carry more ammo.

I would consider it more of a novelty than a practicality.

Why use a revolver when there are automatic handguns? Its a stylistic choice.

"Undead" = unwatchable!

They have a 3-barreled shotgun in the 2005 movie "Undead". In fact, they have a lot of really stupid things in this awful movie - like the hero's really bad fake beard and the heroine's really badly tweezed eyebrows and giant forehead.

I liked Bruce Campbell's trick 3-shot double barreled shotgun in "Army of Darkness" much better.
