I've loaded 500 180 gr. .40 rounds using Unique powder at 5.4 and 6.0 grains. The first 400 had 4 that didn't fire the first time and 2 failed to eject. The 100 I shot today didn't have any that didn't fire but 4 that failed to eject. I'm putting them through a Glock 22 that has no problem with factory ammo. Does anyone have a suggestion to keep them ejecting out? So I need a higher grain weight for my powder?
