I seem to be beating my head off a brick wall on this one! I can't find anyone that will ship them outside the US.:banghead:

Are the items ITAR controlled?? And if so is there a procedure for arranging their export to an EU country. Please note that they have a reticule with several aiming point so its possible similar to a mil dot as far as ITAR are concerned:what: Also its a illuminated reticule, having an illuminated dot at its center to aid low-light shooting...

Any help with this issue would be greatly received:banghead::(

Regards Ivan Ireland...

PS I want to fit it to a 22lr rifle as a scout scope. The barrel on my marlin papoose is detachable and i currently have a NCstar 2-7x32 but TBH its not the best choice!!!
So as you can see there is nothing underhand intended here

ATB Ivan

HELP ME PLEASE:banghead:

PSS It seem a bit OTT that US companies are being controlled to such an extent by ITAR when in fact a very similar range of products are openly sold here in Europe- such a NV scopes and mildot scopes!! oh and silencers are sold with out question
i only want this scope because its seems to be the most powerful handgun scope in the world and its quality is well known..
byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee 4 now

I'll take a look and thanks very much!
But i tried to buy scopes from them and others such as opticspla***t and midwayUSA before and they wouldn't ship to Ireland! I know because the payment was returned so i had a sister living in Northern Ireland(UK) and i re done the e-sales with the new UK address and it all went through fine!!

Check out there website they should have a toll free # to call and confirm. Cabela's motto is that they are the Worlds foremost outfitter. Good luck in your search for a good quality handgun scope. I have a Burris on a .44 mag Ruger SPR. Nice scope all of my other handgun scopes are either Leupold or Bushnell Elite. All three are spot on accurate and I really could not tell you I like one more than the other.

The list of things covered by ITAR are on something called the United States Munitions List.

Get some aspirin and a nice Irish beer and settle in for some reading if you want to try to see what's covered:

http://www.fas.org/spp/starwars/offdocs/itar/p121.htm

Good luck.

All it appears to say is:

Riflescopes manufactured to military specifications, and specifically designed or modified components therefor
