Trying to decide on new upper

I'm trying to decide on a new upper that shaves as much weight as possible. I currently have a 16" HBAR that is very accurate but I know I can lose some weight off of the barrel.

My criteria are:

A2 upper
16" Gov't profile (pencil) barrel
mid-length gas system
1 in 9 twist
M4 feed ramps
Dissipator preferred but not a deal breaker
Total cost =/- $600

Anyone have any suggestions?

what manufactor are you looking at for $600?
you can get a del-ton lightwieght for $425

Del-ton is exactly what I would reccomend as well. Del-ton link 395 for a lightweight A2 upper.
