All my ARs I buy and assemble. The one in question is kind of a mix of cheap and not cheap parts that I put together a couple years ago. Some of the stuff I remember, some I don't and I don't have the foggiest what my final cost was.

A buddy of mine wants it but I am absolutely clueless as to what it might be worth. I'll do my best to list the parts but I'd appreciate any input from you guys.

-Anderson Lower
-Stag Upper
-Timney Flat Trigger
-Ergo Grip
-SBA3 brace
-BCM charging handle
-MDWS 11.5" 277 wlv spiral fluted barrel
-MDWS 277 wlv muzzle brake

No clue on the brand handguard but it's a super slim free float, bcg is nitrite but I can't find any markings or logos, best guess is something I bought from primary arms.

No optics, he's got his own mags. I don't even know where to start. 20210330_171357~2.jpg

Don't know where to start ? You already started, look up what the cost is/was of what you have listed and then add some more .

Does it run well? Accurate? Big difference between a well assembled rifle which runs well and is accurate and a jamming inaccurate one (not trying to come across like a jerk but didn't know a better way to phrase that).

If selling to someone I know I like to let them shoot it to confirm that they're happy with it, how it runs, and performance. Also, if they take it home and mess with it I have the piece of mind that is was accurate and running when it left with them from my hands.

I'll have to start making a list and looking up parts.

Gun runs well, fairly accurate. With an 11.5" barrel shooting loads I had worked up for my rifle I was impressed but not blown away. Was never really sure what to expect from a pistol. Better than others I've shot but they didn't have the same quality barrel. Never found an optic or sights I liked for it so that didn't help.
