Tryon plains rifle

I recently bought a Pedersoli Tryon rifle second hand. It is a fabulous shooter and very accurate even with my bad eyes. I have tried to find out the history of the original Tryon Company on the internet but cant seem to find anything, most search engines always refer back to Pedersoli. Do any of your members have any knowledge of the company, or the history of that specific rifle?

Congrats on your Tryon rifle acquisition. I've had a .54 Cal deluxe edition since 1990. It always shot better than I could and made a lot of meat and trophies
