TTSX 7 MM results

Hello the high road reloaders, I been reloading and developing a hunting load for my Winchester Extreme All Weather in 7 MM. So Thus far I have tested 140 grain & 150 grain TTSX.

I have followed the recommended load data for COAL @ 3.240. RL 22 was used in both in both cases.

Charge capacity for 140 grain TTSX started at 61.2 grains and increased in increments of 1.0 grains up to 65.2 grains. (The best result was at 61.2 grains for a 1 inch group)

Charge capacity for the 150 grain TTSX started at 61.4 and increased in increments of 1.0 grains up to 65.4 grains (best results were 62.4 for a 1 inch group)

I have yet to chronograph both accurate loads. I would have thought that the accuracy would've increased the faster and more powder that I went yet I don't feel that will be the case with this rifle.

I'm almost tempted to try a different powder or maybe just stick rl22. I would like & hope for 3000 fsp or more. Seem to do wonders in a 270 Winchester in regards to killing power.

Rl 19 for the 140s and imr 7828 or 4350 for the 150. Work up in .5 gr increments. Period. Rl22 for the 140 recommended start 63.5 Max 67.5 with accuracy at start load. It's not just how fast you push em, powders and bullet weights have sweet spots in the pressure curves. If you're not talking about 7mm rem Mag loads, then forget all that info.
