Why? Cleaner is not more accurate. Shinier is not more accurate. Time wasted cleaning can be time spent actually reloading and shooting.
I have played with my ultrasonic and it takes 30 mins in hot water and Dawn/Lemi-Shine to get clean but non-shiny cases. These need to be rinsed at least once and dried.
They sure don't shoot any better than 30 minutes in 20/40 corn.
I do like the lack of dust with either method over using walnut grit.
SS seems like a lot of work and water for shiny cases just to have bragging rights at the range.
If it doesn't show up on target, why sweat it.
Remember, all that is NEEDED is to wipe any dirt/grime/sand off the exterior of the case. Anything beyond that is simply 'cause you want to.
