I wouldn't.
There is such a thing as OVERchoking. Squeezing those big pellets through a too-tight choke will cause flat spots on them, which will open up patterns a lot more than nice round pellets.
But some folks try it, I have read reports on the web of people saying it worked for them. But I wouldn't do it. MOD is as tight as I will go with choke tubes for buckshot. I'd hate to launch one downrange.
Try some different brands, see if another load works better out of your barrel. If you want to change something, have your forcing cone releived- that usually has a beneficial effect on buckshot patterns.
