I wouldn't.
There is such a thing as OVERchoking. Squeezing those big pellets through a too-tight choke will cause flat spots on them, which will open up patterns a lot more than nice round pellets.
But some folks try it, I have read reports on the web of people saying it worked for them. But I wouldn't do it. MOD is as tight as I will go with choke tubes for buckshot. I'd hate to launch one downrange.
Try some different brands, see if another load works better out of your barrel. If you want to change something, have your forcing cone releived- that usually has a beneficial effect on buckshot patterns.

Lee is right on again. Buckshot does not like tight chokes in most guns.
The only way to do it is to start with the most open choke and pattern the load, then do the same with the next choke. Always pattern the load. You can do some interesting things with tight chokes and buckshot but don't assume anything just look at the patterns.

Some Southron hunters with hounds do amazing things with tight chokes and handloads, but I do not regard ballistic research as a hobby for most of us.
As Lee said, much choke is usually too much. IMO, 15 to 20 POC is about it.
