To answer your question with a question:

"When are they ??" I prefer to do my shopping right after a seaon closes. Retailers markdown all the stuff that didn't sell to make room for the new stuff they need to have on the floor for whatever season (both hunting and weather), that coming up. Also, It's fresh in my mind as to what I was missing/needing while out in the woods.
