I bought my first one in February and liked it so well I took delivery of a second one a couple of weeks ago.

......one for each hand.

One if not both are going to get the Cajun Gun Works trigger upgrades.

The first one has 2.8k through it and the newer one 500 rounds. Reloads through both and they run 124 gr FMJ, 147 gr FNRP (Flat Nosed Round Point), 124 gr Speer Got Dots, and 124 gr SWC without a problem.

I love the one i have.... i also have the 97 & 75b but the pcr is the one i carry.......

Another Ohio boy here and I think CZ hit another home run with the PCR. I ended up putting VZ grips on mine. But the I really like the factory grips especially at the range.

frogfurr: as much as I really enjoy my three German-proofed Sigs: a P6 and the pair of P228s, my CZ PCR has more natural ergonomics.

If brand-new CZ compacts were listed about $100 higher in retail shops, many more guys who are unfamiliar with CZs would realize the superb quality.

Great guns. Though the compact grips do not fit my hands well.

Love the full size 75 though.

Excellent choices! I have a few myself, and the balance and feel of my CZ 75 Compact make it my favorite and I shoot it as well as the full size, so the sight radius being a bit shorter doesn't seem to make me worse, or maybe, the longer sight radius doesn't make me any better! ;-)

Wish they made a similar design in 45 ACP. And no, the massive 97B is not an answer.

I had one and absolutely loved how it felt in the hand but simply couldn't shoot it very well. It was a bit big for me to carry so I moved it down the line. I have a feeling I'll own another one eventually and it will probably be sent straight to CGW before taking it to the range for a single shot.

Taking my CZ PCR on a road trip today to San Antonio, to help my wife assist her mother at The A.R.C. retirement complex, on Crestway Rd. s.w. of Randolph AFB.

The gun enroute will be on my hip, IWB. Otherwise, in a plastic bag in the car's hidden gun safe.
It recently was stored in the car two weeks at ATL Airport (by a hotel) with no corrosion while in a large sandwich bag, in the same safe. The baked-on finish so far seems fine.
