Hello, I'm hoping someone here is knowledgeable and feeling helpful! 
1) I have an LCR in 38 special that came from the factory with the XS Dot front sight. I don't much care for the dot sight. Will accuracy be off if I switch to a regular OEM black ramp front sight? I doubt it but I guess it's possible the gun is made to different specs for the Dot sight...
2) Does anyone have a lead on a narrower (.100, .110) pinned front sight such as those made by Dawson Precision, that would work in the LCR?
