TWO NEW Smith Revolvers: Guns & Ammo TV

I was just reading the Episode Guide for this season's Guns & Ammo TV show, and for Episode 12 (air dates Dec 14, 16 and 18), the guide lists one of the segments as: "We bring you an exclusive look at two new S&W revolvers."

Any predictions as to what these could be? Since the TR-Model22 is out already, it doesn't seem like this would be a very exclusive look at a new revolver. I've heard about a 3.5-inch 460, this could be one.

What do you all predict the two new S&W revolvers for this segment will be?

Who knows. It will be some slight variation of something they have produced for 50 yrs.

How about a blue 10 shot K-22 in 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8" barrel lengths and a blue 8 shot L-frame 32-20 cal in 4, 6 and 8" barrel lengths. That would be OK with me. Also wouldn't mind having a Jet cylinder for the K-22. If I'm going to dream, may as well dream big!!

Or how about the 460 Xframe with the 8" barrel in 357 Magnum, maybe a ten shot.

I can't help it a "need" long barreled revolvers (if it's not 6" and over it's not worth having)

Since no one else is doing gun reviews on tv then it could be any of the newer revolvers. It doesn't have to be a model that's soon to be released.

Since the shows were probably fimed several months ago my guess is that it'll be the new 612/620. Or it could be the TR 21 & 24. Or perhaps one of each?

Hopefully one of the guys involved will drop by here and give us a clue. (Hint, hint)

They do offer the model 617 8 3/8 barrel 10 shot but thats a SS finish, nice gun I own it shoots very well its a tack driver

I think if they were reviewing the 620, they'd just list that they're reviewing the 620, just like they list other gun models in their episode guides. It seems that by listing an "exclusive look" and "new revolvers" that they're trying to promote a look at new products.

Why stop there? Give it two barrels, like an over-and-under and have two rows of charging holes -- 10 rounds of .357 in the outer ring, 6 in the inner.
