Save the bashing. It's pointless.
Since it's still mostly he-said, they-thought, I'm-not-sure, we're best off waiting until the conclusions from the investigation are made public and charges (if any) are filed.
How about somebody monitor the situation, and then re-start the thread? We don't need endless speculation.
